Old garage, the old couple that was working more then 30 years together telling the story of their life...
Madame and Monsieur CHASTRAGNAT...
Two lives that transformed in one story ...
Two different people... He is passionate by his job, she is passionate by ... she doesn't know what ... maybe by him ?
He doesn't remember when did they meet, she remembers everything ...
In the mean time, they've spent more then 50 years together...
When we asked her why ? She doesn't have an answer... It's just like that...
She likes a pink color, he likes the cars...
The wall of Polaroid photos - describes all their life ...
What is love ? What gives a wish to wake up every morning ?
The philosophy of life of those people makes us discover ourselves...
DIRECTOR'S NOTES
The film will consist from several chapters, that will make the audience discover the main characters. For example : the chapter : " The pink car & bag " will discover the style of Madame Chastragnat, maybe with a bit of humor... Madame Chastragnat worked 38 years with her husband, she was married 54 years with the same guy... Her chick are the same pink color as her pink bag , made from the fake crocodile leather, she has the pink car as well...
While we will discover the provincial dressing of old lady, that spent all her life in the garage, we might discover something much more deeper - some hidden chapters of her sentimental life, for example.
The other chapter - "The telephone or FAX ?" will describe with a bit of humor the coexistence of the people in the deep provincial towns and villages with the technical progress...
Documentary film "Madame et Monsieur CHASTRAGNAT" will be the first part of the sequel of the series / short documentaries. Documentary will make us discover the different characters, representatives of different professions and social stratum from the various French provinces and abroad.
